School Occupational Therapist - Hayward, California

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid OT license required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Proficiency with Siras and/or AbleSpace IEP systems is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage a caseload of 35-40 students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students across 2-3 school sites
- Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans within the IEP framework
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders
- Document progress accurately using Siras and/or AbleSpace
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational team decisions
- Adapt interventions for diverse student needs and learning environments
