What We’re Looking For:
- Valid, active California Occupational Therapist license
- Demonstrated ability to participate in and lead IEP meetings
- Familiarity with SEIS documentation systems is highly preferred
- Skilled in using technology and comfortable with digital documentation and communication platforms
- Previous experience working in school-based settings is a plus
- Ability to adapt practices to meet varying student needs across multiple school sites
Role Overview:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students on an onsite basis
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals
- Travel between multiple school sites within the district to support a diverse caseload
- Accurately document evaluations, progress, and service delivery in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Stay current with best practices and updates in pediatric school-based occupational therapy
