Occupational Therapist School Setting in Hemet, CA

You will provide therapy for a caseload of 34 students—primarily within elementary and middle school grades, but also spanning kindergarten through high school. The most frequent eligibilities you’ll encounter include Autism, Specific Learning Disability (SLD), and Other Health Impairment (OHI). Additionally, a few pending evaluations will be integrated into your caseload.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license for California
- Experience delivering therapy within school settings
- Familiarity conducting therapy and supporting students with Autism, SLD, and OHI
- Ability to manage and maintain compliance with IEP requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Adaptability to serve across a comprehensive grade span
