- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multi-disciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services based on student IEPs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address fine motor, sensory, and functional skills needed for academic participation
- Document progress and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with school and professional guidelines
- Communicate student progress and recommendations with educators and family members
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with team members to support holistic student development
