Qualifications:
- Current, active Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Previous experience with school-based OT services preferred
- Familiarity with K-8th grade student needs and educational settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dedication to providing individualized support for students of varying abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver school-based OT evaluations and therapeutic interventions for a caseload of 13 students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations as needed
- Support students’ development of fine motor, sensory, and functional skills in classroom and therapy settings
