- Ability to provide direct therapy, progress monitoring, and support for diverse student needs across K-12
- Enthusiasm for collaborative, district-wide service delivery
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to K-12 students across the district
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and regular documentation to track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, administrators, and caregivers to tailor student goals
- Develop and implement individualized programming for students requiring OT services
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to the support team
- Adjust approaches to address various physical, sensory, or developmental challenges within an educational environment
