Qualifications:
- Active TX SLP License required
- Proven experience providing OT services in schools, including teletherapy and in-person delivery
- Ability to manage an individual student caseload (K-12) with varied needs
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records and following compliance guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators and families to ensure successful student outcomes
- Provide both teletherapy and onsite services as designated
- Maintain documentation in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
