An exciting opportunity awaits a passionate Occupational Therapist interested in making a real difference for K-12 students. This full-time, onsite contract role begins as soon as possible and continues through June 11, 2027. Play a pivotal part in supporting educational development for students across a diverse caseload, working collaboratively within school settings that value your expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with individual education plans (IEPs)
- Assess, plan, and implement intervention strategies to foster students’ motor, sensory, and adaptive functioning
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, administrators, and families to promote inclusion and student success
- Accurately document services and maintain compliance with all reporting requirements
- Contribute as an essential member of multidisciplinary teams, attending meetings and providing relevant insights
- Adapt therapy delivery to diverse student needs and learning environments
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT licensure within California
- Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
- Expertise in developing and implementing IEP goals
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong commitment to student-centered care and collaboration
