Qualifications and Experience:
- Current licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience supporting school-aged children across different grade levels (Kindergarten, 2nd–4th Grade, High School)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and administrators
- Ability to tailor interventions for diverse student needs in an educational context
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and documentation processes
- Motivated, flexible, and organized approach to supporting students and teammates
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group OT services for students in various grade levels
- Assess students’ needs, develop targeted treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, goal setting, and progress reporting
- Provide training and guidance for staff, students, and families as needed
- Maintain accurate records in line with school policies
