What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct occupational therapy interventions designed to help students meet IEP goals and succeed academically and socially
- Follow treatment plans and work closely under the supervision and guidance of an on-site Occupational Therapist (OTR)
- Collaborate with teachers, related service staff, and families to monitor student progress, share insights, and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of session notes, progress reports, and other required records
- Participate in paid administrative time for team meetings and preparation of therapy materials, ensuring consistent communication and effective planning
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Missouri State COTA License, or NBCOT certification with eligibility to practice in Missouri
- Ideal candidates will have experience in school-based, pediatric, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy occupational therapy, though motivated new grads are encouraged to apply
- Successful completion of background screening and Missouri state fingerprinting prior to starting
- Openness to both local professionals and those willing to travel for this opportunity
