As a skilled Occupational Therapist, you’ll have the chance to make a significant difference in young lives. Your expertise will support a dynamic caseload throughout the academic week, providing essential direct services and taking ownership of evaluation, preparation, and paperwork during dedicated time.
What you bring:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure required
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills to navigate multiple sites and schedules
- Comfort working with elementary-age students, collaborating with school staff and families
- Ability to develop and implement customized therapy plans supporting student IEPs
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct therapy services (10 students Monday, 7 Tuesday, 10 Wednesday, 8 Thursday) across three elementary buildings
- Utilize Fridays for evaluations, testing, documentation, and planning, ensuring high-quality services
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and administrators to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication with parents and staff
- Travel between schools (all within a close area) as part of your regular workday
This full-time, onsite contract spans January 11, 2027, through April 13, 2027, offering you both a structured schedule and the satisfaction of helping students thrive.
