Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess and document student progress, adapting interventions as needed
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate OT strategies into the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student support plans
- Travel between multiple school locations within the district as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in the state of California
- Previous experience working within a public or private school setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and varying caseloads
- Strong collaborative spirit to work effectively with staff and families
