Fine Motor Skills Occupational Therapist School Setting in Irvine, CA

Step into a rewarding role supporting students' growth and independence as a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a school-based contract stretching from December through May 2027. Serving multiple sites near Irvine and Santa Ana, CA, you’ll work full-time and collaborate with educators and families to help students reach their fullest potential.

What you bring:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license for practice in California
- Prior experience in school settings—school-based OT work is required
- Strong understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Experience with fine motor skill development and intervention
- Adaptable approach to therapy, including school, home health, healthcare, and teletherapy settings
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple sites
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude with faculty, families, and students
What you’ll do:
- Evaluate and assess students’ occupational therapy needs
- Develop and implement targeted intervention plans
- Collaborate with IEP teams to share insights and recommendations
- Support students through evidence-based therapy and monitor progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Travel between assigned sites as required
