Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a dedicated occupational therapy professional supporting students’ growth and learning. From March 1st to June 30th, 2026, you’ll provide hands-on therapy services and collaborate with school staff, making a lasting difference in the educational experience for children and adolescents.
What We’re Seeking:
- Current occupational therapy certification and state licensure
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, families, and educational staff
- Commitment to providing equitable, inclusive, and evidence-based therapy
- Strong organizational ability to manage caseloads and documentation within a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and positivity to support students with varied backgrounds and needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students, focusing on enhancing participation and success in school activities
- Evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and specialized educational teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance with all regulations
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations and planning
- Offer consultative support to teachers and family members, providing strategies for classroom and home alike
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all aspects of your work
This position runs full-time, up to seven hours daily with a provided 30-minute unpaid lunch, offering consistency while leaving time for work-life balance. Inspire student achievement while honing your skills in a dynamic and supportive educational setting.
