Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Pediatric population experience required
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Ability to build rapport with children, staff, and families
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility for a full-time, onsite commitment during the 26/27 SY
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs or evaluation reports
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Work collaboratively with educators and support staff to integrate therapy into students’ daily routines
- Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and parent conferences
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
