This opportunity offers professional autonomy: design your own schedule each week based on your caseload and preferences, typically visiting one to three schools per day. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families, bringing valuable therapeutic support to varied school communities.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Kansas OT licensure (required for consideration)
- Experience providing occupational therapy in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload while flexibly scheduling appointments
- Commitment to fostering student success and independence
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a wide range of needs
- Implement evidence-based interventions during school visits

- Monitor and adjust plans collaboratively, supporting both IEP and 504 processes
