In this full-time, onsite position, you’ll manage a caseload of approximately 32 students, providing around 800 minutes of direct therapy per week. Your expertise will help students overcome challenges and thrive in their educational environment.
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Missouri
- Experience providing OT services within a school setting preferred
- Skilled in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Passion for fostering student development and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to each student’s needs and IEP goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and document progress
- Consult and coordinate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing observations and contributing to educational planning
- Provide support and resources to help maximize student participation and performance in school activities
This role offers the stability of full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) within a supportive educational setting.
