Desired Qualifications:
- Active Missouri Occupational Therapist (OT) license (COTAs considered)
- Experience with pediatric/school-based caseloads preferred
- Ability to adapt to varying school sites and caseloads
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 32 direct students, delivering about 800 minutes of OT each week
- Travel between Oakwood Manor Elementary, NKC High School, Gracemor Elementary, and Northgate Middle as assigned
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure optimal student progress
- Make your own schedule (with initial oversight), ensuring each student receives services weekly
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting
