- Experience or strong interest in providing individualized (1:1) therapy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other school-based professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and team interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students, supporting fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and classroom participation.
- Assess student needs, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress in collaboration with the educational team.
- Implement individualized and group therapy sessions as needed, adapting approaches for different age groups and learning needs.
- Educate and consult with teachers and families to ensure strategies are integrated into daily routines.
- Maintain accurate records and participate actively in team meetings.
