What You’ll Bring:
- Valid licensure and credentials as an Occupational Therapist for schools in Washington state
- Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is valuable
- Ability to support caseloads of about 36 students
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and IEP development
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, primarily in elementary schools with a few middle school cases
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in accordance with IEPs
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Document services and outcomes according to school and legal guidelines
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ developmental and educational needs
