Occupational Therapist School Setting - Kent, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT licensure in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and work well in a team-centered environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations for students with a variety of needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with IEP teams
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in individual and group settings
- Maintain organized and timely documentation in accordance with district and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
