What You’ll Bring:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in Washington State
- Experience working in pediatric or school settings, with a strong understanding of IEPs
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for school-based OT interventions
- Effective communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services, including screenings, assessments, and direct or consultative treatments for students as assigned
- Develop and implement individualized goals and strategies to support academic participation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and updates related to occupational therapy
- Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Adapt activities and recommend modifications to optimize student participation in school routines
