What we're seeking:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
- Previous experience in a school-based OT setting, especially with elementary-aged children
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to efficiently manage a caseload split between two campuses
- Passion, empathy, and adaptability in supporting young learners
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering occupational therapy services to elementary students following individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conducting assessments and collaborating with special education teams to develop appropriate treatment goals
- Tracking student progress and maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Consulting with teachers, families, and other school staff to recommend practical strategies and support classroom integration
- Traveling between two nearby school locations during the regular Monday-Friday schedule
