Occupational Therapist School Setting in Lakebay, WA

Desired Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Solid understanding of IEPs and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing treatment to students using teletherapy platforms
- Participate in the IEP process, including assessment, goal setting, and progress reporting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy into academic routines
- Engage and coach caregivers and educational staff to support student goals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and outcomes
