Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ OT needs within an educational setting
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop and modify IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapeutic services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Maintain clear records, progress notes, and thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Engage with families and educators to reinforce therapy strategies and foster student success
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment by adapting interventions and tools to fit student needs
