Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Background working with elementary, middle, and high school students strongly desired

- Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation practices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ needs in the school environment
- Develop and execute individualized therapy plans tailored to support students’ academic participation and social-emotional skills
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other staff to integrate occupational therapy strategies into daily routines
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state requirements
- Provide guidance and resources for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment as needed
- Participate in meetings to help set and achieve students’ IEP goals
