Key Qualifications:
- Active OT license and eligibility to practice in California
- Experience in pediatric or school-based OT settings preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Capability to manage a caseload across up to 10 school sites
- Previous supervisory experience (preferred) or willingness to mentor a COTA
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services and assessments for students, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- Supervise and support a COTA to ensure exceptional delivery of care
- Document services and progress, collaborate with educators and families
- Coordinate and travel between assigned school sites as needed
- Uphold compliance with all school and state requirements
