Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy certification required
- Experience providing OT services to students in grades K–8 (K–5 emphasis)
- Strong communication skills working with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and educational settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes and goal development
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services within school settings
- Assess students’ functional skills and develop tailored treatment plans
- Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with educators to integrate therapy goals and strategies into classrooms
- Support both elementary and some middle school students, ensuring continuity of care
