Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Prior experience or strong interest working in school-based settings with elementary-aged children
- Strong ability to balance therapeutic interventions, documentation, and collaborative meetings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated adaptability and organization in multi-site service delivery
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students, in alignment with their IEPs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of progress and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams, families, and staff
- Coordinate services across assigned elementary school sites, ensuring consistent support for student development
