Qualifications and Experience:
- Holds an active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Massachusetts
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a K-12 setting

- Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite occupational therapy for students from kindergarten through high school
- Assess and document student abilities, progress, and therapy outcomes
- Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and ensure compliance with school standards
- Communicate regularly with teachers and families regarding student progress
- Provide recommendations for classroom adaptations and assistive technology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student participation in school activities
- Maintain accurate records in line with district and state guidelines
