What you’ll bring:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist or COTA in Missouri
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise supporting K-12 students with a wide range of needs
- Strong organization skills for managing caseloads and scheduling across multiple sites
- Excellent communication abilities to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to providing compassionate, student-centered services
Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct OT services to an assigned caseload of approximately 32 students across multiple schools
- Manage and fulfill about 800 minutes of therapy sessions weekly
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support each student’s goals
- Complete all required documentation, progress reports, and compliance logs
- Adjust your schedule for each building with initial support from leadership
- Participate in IEP meetings and student evaluations as needed
