Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT), with credentials valid for school-based practice
- Previous experience within elementary school settings is highly desirable
- Proficiency in evaluation, intervention, and collaborative consultation for students with a variety of learning or developmental needs
- Strong communication skills to engage with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt intervention plans to individual student goals and evolving caseload needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students, guided by IEP recommendations and student needs
- Assess and document student progress, adjust goals as needed, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support holistic student development
