Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Maryland (required)
- Experience working with infants and toddlers or in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to travel between locations as part of an itinerant role
- Dedication to delivering individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based interventions
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children in the Infant and Toddler Program
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans in collaboration with educators, families, and specialists
- Support families by modeling strategies and offering resources to promote developmental milestones at home and in the community
- Document evaluations, session notes, and progress reports in compliance with program and state standards
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate family and program needs while managing a full-time caseload
- Travel between home, community, and program locations, receiving mileage reimbursement
