Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, on-site OT services to a designated student one day per week (8 hours)
- Coordinate with existing virtual OT to ensure continuity of care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and student progress
- Communicate effectively with parents, educators, and support staff to optimize student outcomes

- Start date: ASAP
- End date: May 2027
- One full day weekly (8 hours/week)
