School Occupational Therapist | Liberty, Missouri

In this role, you will have the autonomy to craft your own weekly schedule—coordinated with guidance during the initial weeks—ensuring all assigned caseload students are served effectively. With approximately 32 direct students, you’ll deliver around 800 minutes of therapy each week across several elementary, middle, and high school locations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Missouri OT or COTA license required
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities Include:
- Serve a diverse caseload of students at multiple schools
- Provide direct therapy to support students’ educational and functional challenges
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for each session
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to IEP processes as needed
- Travel between assigned schools as required by caseload
