Qualifications:
- Active Michigan occupational therapist license required
- Previous school-based OT experience highly preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ strengths and challenges in the school setting
- Develop and implement targeted interventions and treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and school team collaborations
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to students as specified in IEPs
- Document progress, maintain compliance records, and communicate with families and staff
- Collaborate with educators and support staff on classroom accommodations and modifications
