Your knowledge will help students develop the skills they need for success, both inside and outside the classroom environment. Work closely with educators and families, customizing treatment plans and interventions to drive positive outcomes for each learner’s unique needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapist license in California
- Proven experience in school-based OT settings
- Strong background in home health and healthcare OT preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Organizational skills and time management proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to support students’ academic and developmental growth
- Conduct evaluations and document progress in accordance with IEP goals and state regulations
- Utilize teletherapy and in-person interventions as required
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies into the school environment
- Provide consultative support and in-service training as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all reporting standards
