Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in school-based settings
- Strong understanding of pediatric and elementary-level therapeutic interventions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing direct therapy services to an elementary caseload in accordance with IEP goals
- Conducting assessments and writing comprehensive reports
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
- Consulting with teachers and school staff to support student success in the classroom environment
- Maintaining timely and accurate therapy documentation and progress notes
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
