What We're Looking For:
- Valid, active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Prior experience providing OT services in school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of pediatric development and IEP process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 20 students
- Organized, self-motivated, and invested in student growth
- Comfortable working exclusively onsite in a school environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and supports to students across a range of ages and needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create, implement, and monitor student IEPs
- Document and report on student progress, adjusting goals as needed
- Provide guidance on adaptive strategies and accommodations
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development as required
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment through therapeutic practices
