Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Proficient in developing and implementing individualized student programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, yet collaborate effectively with school personnel
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and deliver evidence-based OT interventions
- Develop and update individualized plans according to student needs and progress
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services
- Consult regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your specialized knowledge
