- Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and changing school environments

Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine students’ OT needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain meticulous documentation and collaborate to track student progress
- Provide training, support, and resources to staff and caregivers to ensure carryover of therapeutic strategies
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team decision-making
- Promote student participation in classroom and campus activities by removing barriers to learning
