Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in California
- School-based OT experience highly preferred
- Solid understanding of pediatric development and sensory processing

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators and families
- Organizational skills for managing caseload and documentation efficiently
- Compassion and flexibility working with students of varying abilities
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for students in transitional kindergarten through 5th grade
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to IEP goals
- Support students’ participation in classroom and school activities
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Document progress, attend meetings, and collaborate in developing student support strategies
- Educate teaching staff and families on strategies to foster student independence
