Qualifications and Experience:
- Current California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of sensory processing, fine and gross motor development, and strategies for diverse learners
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Efficient time management and strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services and interventions to students in grades TK-5th
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute OT expertise to team discussions and planning
- Support inclusive practices and accommodations within classroom environments
