- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings
- Familiarity with IEP development and goal implementation
- Strong interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with educators, parents, and students
- Organizational skills to manage caseload and deadlines effectively
- COTAs must have supervision arrangements per state requirements
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, supporting access to curriculum and daily school activities
