Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts (request licensure upfront with your application)
- Previous school-based OT experience is required
- Experience working with diverse K-12 caseloads
- Familiarity with evaluations, progress reports, and delivering direct services
- Must complete CORI background check and fingerprinting process
- Prepared to participate in a Zoom interview
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive onsite OT services to kindergarten through 12th-grade students, adapting support to meet varied needs
- Conduct evaluations and generate progress reports in accordance with district timelines and standards
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and communications
- Engage positively with students, encouraging independence and skill development within the school setting
Role Details:
- Full-time, 32 hours per week (four days weekly, with some flexibility if needed)
- Onsite services only—ensure consistent presence and collaborative engagement
- Contract dates: October 26, 2026, through March 30, 2027
