School Occupational Therapist - Lynn, Massachusetts

Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts (must provide upfront at application)
- Previous experience in school-based OT roles required
- Strong understanding of K-12 caseloads and educational environments
- Proficient in conducting student evaluations and writing thorough progress reports
- Willingness to complete required CORI background check and fingerprinting
- Comfortable working exclusively onsite and engaging collaboratively with other professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct OT services to students across K-12, supporting developmental and academic goals
- Conduct skilled evaluations to determine student needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Maintain clear and timely documentation, including accurate progress reports for each student
- Engage with teachers, staff, and families to foster positive outcomes for students
