- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative school setting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to students with diverse needs, in accordance with IEP/504 plans
- Participate as a part of multidisciplinary teams to evaluate student progress and contribute to educational planning
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to empower student success and foster inclusive learning environments
- Maintain well-organized, timely documentation and records of student services and progress
- Provide in-service training and resources to school personnel as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices and regulatory standards
