Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, valid Occupational Therapy license
- Previous experience in a school-based OT setting is highly valued
- Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload and adapting interventions for various age groups
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and fellow therapists
- Ability to work full-time onsite throughout the school year
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Evaluate and document students’ functional skills and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Develop, implement, and update targeted therapy interventions for a broad K-12 caseload
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages student growth and independence
