- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Proven experience in school settings or with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with home health, teletherapy, and healthcare-based OT interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and environments while remaining organized and proactive
- Dedication to fostering student growth and independence through creative and evidence-based interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with various needs
- Deliver direct therapy services in schools, virtually, and/or in-home based on student requirements
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to maximize student outcomes
- Document progress and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to educational planning
- Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in pediatric and school-based occupational therapy
