What We’re Seeking:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills with students, staff, and parents
- Adaptable and comfortable working with diverse student populations
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12
- Evaluate students to determine therapy needs and document findings
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to tailor interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the educational team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school/district policies
- Encourage student independence and skill development in daily activities
